Errors in my cron jobs
I had a contractor work on one of my sites and he seems to have broken my vesta user permissions. I am now getting emails of cron jobs that fail because either the user doesn't exist or doesn't have access to the folders. Error: vesta update failed Error: vesta-nginx update failed Error: vesta-php u...

Can't save my settings for phpmyadmin
I'm having an issue where none of my variable changes are being saved in phpmyadmin. I've made sure that a DB is setup for phpmyadmin and i've logged in as root to edit my various settings to ensure it's not a permission issue, but everytime I change the settings they are later overwritten / reset t...

Re: Migrating VESTCP powered droplet in Digital Ocean
I check the config files in both Vesta and via Nano and I can't see any IP addresses listed directly. I am also not sure exactly which line I am looking for, but when I run the sudo nginx -t I get the following output nginx: the configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf syntax is ok nginx: [emerg] bi...

Re: Migrating VESTCP powered droplet in Digital Ocean
I've also had this exact problem. I followed the steps in the posts and went back and added the new IP within the IP tab and then assigned it out but I still get Nginx starting error whenever i try to get it to work. Could someone explain what is happening when you are adding a new IP and what rebui...

Cloudflare DNS
I'm having some issues getting my mailserver working with the SSL cert from cloudflare. I currently have the vesta installed at panel.mysite.com and I setup the mailserver at the same address using the standard options. I then have my SSL certs installed by copy and pasting the keys from the setup p...

Re: Questions, Vestacp with CloudFlare settings.
A couple of questions here from reading through the posts. I use Cloudflare and Vesta, but I also havn't got my setup working fully. 1. I have all DNS records on cloudflare. I notice that HTTPS doesn't work correctly but HTTP does, I have used letsencrypt on each server to get the SSL working, how w...

Re: Script for generating letsencrypt SSL and configuring all daemons (Apache, nginx, dovecot, Exim, Vesta) to use it
Read through the begining and the end of the thread. It sounds like a very good script and would it not be good to incorporate directly into VESTA as a button next to the SSL check box? When I tried the let's encrypt button, I didn't get my details filled in and had some issues. My question is as th...

Unable to access panel. possibly due to dns etc
For some reason i'm unable to access panel.domanin.com to get to the login. I am currently just testing the site out and i have an old server running domain.com and I setup the dns and the new server to be hosted at test.domain.com I can now access both panel and test and I get the same basic wordpr...
