First you must update Nginx to at least version x.17 and then you must configure the SSL options in nginx.conf, there are many generators for it. Check this link https://ssl-config.mozilla.org/

Disable the remi*-test repositories. If you have the active tests it won't let you.

Try to allow a new port for VestaCP on the firewall, change the port and increase cores in the nginx.conf that belongs to the interface. You can find it in /usr/local/vesta/nginx/conf/nginx.conf
