Looks like you can't access outside network, try pinging google.com to confirm, if you receive could not resolve host, you should probably look at your nameservers.

Do you have the A record pointing to your server IP? Check your DNS records!

When I click download on a backup, it loads a blank page and nothing happens. I noticed the /home/backup folder was owned by root:root, so I ran chown -R backup:backup /home/backup Problem still persists. Have you tried using another browser, or you can probably try using incognito to see if it has...

A user on this forum had the same error, it turns out to be a misconfiguration in his MX records. Do you care to share your domain name or perhaps pm!
