Update: I just tried the https now, it's working fine. So it's just http url that's redirecting.

This happened to just one of my domain on the server and even setting up ssl did not change it. It still happens.

I think this is the problem I have. Please have you been able to find a solution to this. Although its happening to just one of my domains at the moment. I really need help.

It's not a good idea to always ask for passwords and not post the solution for future users to learn how it was resolved.

I get it now, I had to explicitly type in https://domain.com/index.html and the error was gone.
