I can not install vesta on centos 8 and ubuntu 20. Always getting repo error. How can I install?

I've installed vesta 2 different centos vps.

one of them I am getting this error when I want to open phpmyadmin. I did same things for installation.

"Deprecation Notice in ./libraries/classes/Url.php#253 Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is deprecated"

what the reason can ...

I installed vestacp on the Ubuntu server.

I created the ns record according to the domaine server ip address to use and entered dns values.

I also updated the dns values with the values I entered in the domain.

But I could not access the site somehow. When I checked over intodns it was showing ...

I can't login admin panel or any user panel. Error is username and password wrong. When I want to reset password, it doesn't send email.

I didn't anything. Web sites works.
