I agree with you. I prefer the old design, but it shouldnt auto update. You can deselect the option to auto upgrade.

Make sure that your host is not blocking emails on their side.

You need to assign nameserver (i.e. ns1.yourdomain.com and ns2.yourdomain.com) to your server IP via your domain registrar's control panel.
Then, log into vestacp > Dns Editor > Add ns1 and ns2 with the corrosponding ip's.
That should work after 24 hours (once dns has propogated).

He got his password via the password reset, I am not getting that via email If i use (yum reinstall vesta) wouldnt it wipe off the data ? because i have 100+ gb of data on it In that case, login as root and change the password of the "admin" user manually. That means your server is trying to fetch from https.
