Hi, I noticed if I go to https://<ip-of-server> it defaults to a random site that I am hosting. If I delete that site, it goes to a different one. I was wondering, how does it pick which site it loads, and, is there anyway to change it to a different one? I've tried manually editing the Apache/Nginx...

Try enabling Nginx if it isn't already (not on per site by default).
I was trying to work this out for ages, and for some reason, Nginx must be enabled on a site for Let's Encrypt to work.
no idea why, but, the moment I enabled it, it assigned a certificate.
Any mod/dev around to explain this?
