Try this:

touch /usr/local/vesta/data/queue/letsencrypt.pipe as root
then set permissions as follows:

-rwxr-x--- 1 root root 0 Feb 7 21:31 /usr/local/vesta/data/queue/letsencrypt.pipe

Next turn off SSL via GUI, save.
Turn on SSL via GUI, save.

Worked for me.
