I found this solution
ln -s /proc/self/fd /dev/fd

I have the same problem. After updating from the panel, the lists of users, databases, etc. are not working. I get the same errors
/usr/local/vesta/bin/v-list-users: line 16: /dev/fd/62: No such file or directory

Any suggestions?

Hello,

After the last update of vestacp, RoundCube is working right except for the file attachment feature, which is not working, for any kind of file (any size, any kind).

I suppose the issue has to do with permissions, but I would appreciate if you could check it.
