Re: There is no "proxy support" option when editing a web item
I found fast workaround for this problem. /usr/local/vesta/web/edit/web/index.php: add before "// Delete proxy support" (~224 line): if($_SESSION['user'] == 'admin') { and also add before "// Change document root for ssl domain" (~268 line): } I tried your code today, this code completely hide the ...

Re: I got "HTTP ERROR 500" on webpage but no error log found
That "download" item in my Remository component is a "remote download", means that there is no file needs to be saved to my own hosting server, just text data need to be saved to Database tables.
I have no idea why Remository won't save that file.
Thank you.

I got "HTTP ERROR 500" on webpage but no error log found
My server was built with VestaCP v0.98-17 over Ubuntu 16.04. My website was built with Joomla CMS (updated to latest 3.7.0 ). Today I tried to update a download file in the Remository component of my Joomla installation. When I click on "Save" button at the backend of Joomla, I got following error m...

How to quickly find out which configuration file determines MaxRequestWorkers value?
When I check my Apache log I saw following records: root@mail:/var/log/apache2# tail error.log [Wed Apr 26 16:18:42.858872 2017] [mpm_prefork:warn] [pid 4095] AH00181: MaxRequestWorkers of 300 exceeds ServerLimit value of 256, decreasing to match But in the file /etc/apache2/apache2.conf, I saw diff...

which Server MPM of Apache is better, prefork or worker ?
I came across an article about Server MPM of Apache here: http://m.fx114.net/qa-1-243627.aspx According to that article, Worker mode is better than Prefork mode for Apache. However, the Apache installed by VestaCP uses "prefork" by default. You can confirm this by run following command on SSH termin...

Re: How to find out which program is trying to use "php_curl.dll" and how to fix it?
OK, that is fine.
I Googled, someone said "apt-get dist-upgrade" may cause such a mistake.
So I think I had solved this issue by commenting out that line in php.ini.
Thank you.

Re: How to find out which program is trying to use "php_curl.dll" and how to fix it?
Where I check the php.ini file, I found following line: extension=php_curl.dll I am sure I did not enable this line in php.ini. But why VestaCP eanbled it while I was intalling VestaCP on Ubuntu server not MS Windows? Now I commented that line in php.ini. Does this will affect something related to c...

How to find out which program is trying to use "php_curl.dll" and how to fix it?
hi, I installed VestaCP v0.98-17 on Ubuntu server 16.04 as my web server. When I checking the Apache log file, I always see following records: root@mail:/var/log/apache2# tail error.log PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/lib/php/20151012/php_curl.dll' - /usr/lib/php/20151...

Re: Set time of backup
Why not set the default backup time to "03:00" or "04:00" instead of "12:00"? We all know that in small hours most people are in sleep so the server load is very low.
Thank you.
Thank you.
