Re: List server info not working
I'd say it depends from where you are running this script. I suppose you might have put it as a single file somewhere into your public_html? If that's the case I'd guess your php might restrict the use of exec() at all, or the user which owns the file simply isn't allowed to access vesta's cli comma...

Re: messed up hostname, no emails from server anymore when setting accounts up- no emails are received
this is just because your server only got one (host)name and thats the one your mailserver is telling. the IP you are sending from also can only have one reverse dns name and not multiple different. as this is another layer than the domains and mail-addresses itself, its perfectly fine if all is set...

Re: messed up hostname, no emails from server anymore when setting accounts up- no emails are received
congrats. just finished another answer with a lot of text, but that seemed to be not needed anymore ;-) regarding the question of backing up and restoring: this most probably would have worked as expected. if you look into one of those generated archives you'll see that there is not much besides the...

Re: messed up hostname, no emails from server anymore when setting accounts up- no emails are received
from context and your screenshots I suppose you are german (as I am) so for easier communication I'll switch to that ;-) es sieht der fehlermeldung nach ja so aus, als ob bereits die authorisierung des nutzers nicht funktioniert. ich bezweifle stark, dass das am geänderten hostnamen liegt - es ist v...

depending on what you're using as distro whis might be a good read: https://wiki.debian.org/GmailAndExim4 (esp. starting with dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config ;-))

Re: Exim certificate outdated
its usually a self signed cert, so you may just look into the conf file, which certificate is referenced there and replace those files with new ones. afair there is no option with vesta to regenerate that so yes do it on the command line. I'd say the risk to break something is rather low, its just a...

Re: Cronjob command is not working
if it is slow, that maybe related to the server itself, long lists may take some time to be ex- or imported to your database and that may slow down things. vestacp even comes with very short timeout-settings in configuration-file for mysql, which may lead to problems while fetching lists / doing cro...

Re: Cronjob command is not working
i have already tried what you have said in last post but no success yet :( I respectfully doubt that. this probably has nothing to with vestacp at all. for sure you can do a wget to do something like this. but you should make sure this command works before you put it into cron. so simply try it fro...

Re: PTR Issue with emails
Do I need to add a PTR record to the DNS records for each domain? no you don't and probably you can't. PTR records is mostly set by your provider for the given IP and it is unique. so multiple domains can have the same IP, but one IP reversly resolves to only one PTR. this is _not_ an issue with ma...

Re: How to export graphical stats?
it simply won't work this way, as you have to be logged into vesta to be able to see something like this. BUT if you really wish, you might want to think about setting a softlink on your filesystem from /usr/local/vesta/web/rrd to a point inside your public_html and work out the needed urls from the...
