When creating a new domain template information is wrong
When new virtual hosts are added to apache2.conf after creating a new domain in Vesta the field ServerAdmin for each virtual host in apache2.conf is being populated with incorrect information. Currently ServerAdmin = info@mydomain.com. But I am not using that email address anywhere in Vesta. The onl...

I think I ran into this problem as well and ended up just deleting apache.conf and that fixed the problem even though it was reported as not being able to open that file. Make a backup first. I know for a fact that I got a config error when I purged php5 as purging ended up removing roundcube and on...

This works fine but I only want to display test.mydomain.com if test is listed as an alias of mydomain.com in vestacp. In the website for myd...

nginx.conf gets overwitten by vestacp
I am adding an ssl redirect in nginx.conf which works but if I add another alias to that domain via vestacp then the nginx.conf is overwritten. Sample config server { listen 162.243.133.102:80; server_name ageektech.com dan.ageektech.com; error_log /var/log/apache2/domains/ageektech.com.error.log er...

Re: how to install letsencrypts ssl for the vestacp admin panel
An alternative way a little more automated and easier to setup via letsencrypt-vesta script
