DB Creation Errors - help.
We are newbies with Vesta, but have to tell you that we started an install on Saturday (yesterday) and it went flawless. Hi5 to the authors of the installer.
Everything continued to progress extrememly well, we created 6 of the 22 websites we host, uploaded the sites, tested email extensively - all without incident.
Today we wanted to create a DB in one site. We tried to create a db called "wpdb" (without quotes). Then for username we chose "admin", that generated an error indicating it is invalid. Okay, so we then tried "dbadmin", same message.
Now we are interested, so we tried using s simple name "sister". Then we received this error:
Adding Databse >Error: dbuser thepcdoctor_http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/completion/aih?exitcode=0&re=0&type=install&appid=100 is not valid
We tried this with different versions of IE, Firefox 35 and Opera. The same issue occurs even on a Ubuntu workstation, so it's not a Windows thing.
Now we cannot create any db at all, nada. After the great success and pleasure with installing and getting this bad boy up and running without incident now seems a little anti-climatic.
Any guidance would be appreciated.

How it gets appended to URL - NO IDEA. We are just posting exactly what was returned during DB creation process.
Yes, flash is installed, FF, IE9 and even just now got the same results using my Macbook with Safari (Flash is enabled).
Checked for Flash upgrades, all good and up to date. Works fine on Youtube, TSN and many other Sports sites. It's not a flash or windows thing (as posted).
Running awk -F':' '{ print $1}' /etc/passwd, shows only the accounts that should exist. In other words there is no account called thepcdoctor_admin or admin1 - so why can that account not be used for DB login?
Maybe a single event, we are going to rebuild system from scratch to see if we can duplicate.
Additional errata:
System: Dell R570 Blade with dual 8way Zeon procs, 32gb ram, fast Sata3 drives etc, Centos6.6.
Workstations: Windows 7x64, Windows 8.0 and 8.1, Ubuntu 14.04, Macbook and various others.
Thanks.

Re: DB Creation Errors - help.
I appologize for the delay in getting back.
Try as we might, we cannot reproduce the error.
Thanks very much for the reply and I will visit the post provided.
Thanks to all and I hope I only have positive posts in the future.
Cheers all.
EDIT: we have a 1gb swap, which is our default.
