I don't think so, they usually send a mass mail once the version has been released, I haven't been notified yet.
So let's wait for them to let us know! :)

Edit: I just went to my Updates section over vesta and I'm showing as oudated D:

I think the update is available. I just updated one of my servers and everything seems good.
