Inquiry regarding the custom installation
Hello,
Would it be possible to install VestaCP that only uses nginx and nothing else? Like, completely bypass Apache?
nginx + mariadb + (no mail stuff to be installed or antivirus for mail) + firewall + comodo waf + let's encrypt (gui?) + php7 (stable)
By the way, I'll be using CentOS 6 x86.
Also, is it possible to disable the hosting templates once nginx is selected? It is just confusing. I prefer to manually configure the web application's compatibility with nginx.
I'll be waiting for your reply.
Thanks.

Thank you so much for replying.skurudo wrote:https://vestacp.com/#install -> Advanced Install Settings

Will Let's Encrypt be supported or is there a script that would make it compatible with VestaCP even if it is under CLI?
How can I install MariaDB, Comodo WAF, Let's Encrypt and PHP 7 that would perfectly work with VestaCP?

Re: Inquiry regarding the custom installation
I have tried to use that plugin. The only problem with it is that I would need to adjust the templates manually one at a time. Regarding the templates, can they be disabled for good? How about MariaDB?tjebbeke wrote:Let's encrypt: (I use this) https://github.com/serghey-rodin/vesta/issues/425AdventureTime wrote:Thank you so much for replying.skurudo wrote:https://vestacp.com/#install -> Advanced Install Settings
