Since I noticed that my site backup is only 3MB large, I try to run the backup command manually, and found an error message when backup web data:

And other parts can backup successfully, so that backup file do not include my website's data?
What should I do to fix this problem?

Check your disk space and user quota.
Try to rebuild WEB.

I have the same problem, but I can't rebuild my web config, because I have the custom one.
How I can deal with this error?
