Vesta Backup Not Backing Up Web Files

I have a CentOS based server with VestaCP installed. I have two websites on this server with one of them suspended. Vesta Backup was backing up both website's files until the 20th of April. Then it suddenly stopped backing up the web files of one of the websites while still backing up the rest of the data for that website.

I am VERY new to Vesta and as such I am at a lost as to how to troubleshoot this problem Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Hello, usually the vestacp backups, compress all the information of the site so that it can be restored without problems.

In the files located in /home/backup/ have you tried to download one and see what it contains?

Yes, I have downloaded the compressed tar file and in the web directly for the website domain it only has two directories

conf
vesta

When it successfully backed up this domain on the 20th there was a tar file in this same directory named as follows

domain_data.tar.gz

this compressed tar file had all the website's files. This tar file is no longer in the current daily backups.

Anyone have any ideas what is going on and how to resolve it? I really need a daily backup of both the databases and files.

Thanks!
