Is it Possible?: 1 Private IP Address to 2 NAT IP association

I have 2 ISP provider and i want to add 2 different Public IP to my website for backup purposes,
Is it possible to add 2 NAT IP association to the same 1 Private IP Address? i tried adding it to the Webpanel and this error occurred "Error: 192.168.1.2 is already exists"
