force-https template don't working (centos7 nginx+php-fpm)

I have downloaded the force-https templates to force https into an html web and they don't work for me the server doesn't start or redirects
for example: http://c.vestacp.com/0.9.8/rhel/force-h ... -https.tpl use listen%ip%:%proxy_port%;
I think %proxy_port% it is not correct.
If someone has had the same error or knows how to fix it I would appreciate it since I can't force the web to open by https
