File Manager License Key Issue

I tried to access VestaCP File Manager today, and it seems to have been disconnected from our server instance, however, I found the original email with our License Key so thought I'd be able to reinstall it. When I paste the License Key into the File Manager License Key (/edit/server) I get this error:

CONFIGURING SERVER
Error: cant' connect to vestacp.com
Changes have been saved.

Although it says changes have been saved, it wipes the License Key field clear each time and this does not save.

The License Key is supposedly a Lifetime License and still have the original Order ID/License Key to verify. I tried reaching out to [email protected]/[email protected] before for the holidays for some assistance but haven't had a reply. Can anyone help out?

The Esri or ArcGIS License Manager log file shows the status of the licence management and can be used to troubleshoot licence manager issues. By default, it is saved as lmgrd.log in the user's TEMP directory, but it may have been redirected and renamed according to your preferences.
