Restore Fails

I'm trying to migrate from one server to another, using the backup restore method, however I'm getting this:

Any ideas why this is happening?

The problem is in /etc/nginx/conf.d/vesta.conf
There is probably a apache.conf line and you need to remove it and problem solved.
