Hide Proxy support
Hide Proxy support
Sup guys,
I think that I made a post before, because of this.
But I've got a VPS server running VestaCP.
I noticed that NGINX crashed if I made a LetsEncrypt certificate and changed the proxy template to caching.
Since LetsEncrypt certificates can be made in the web-panel, users can crash my sever :(
So I wanted to disable proxy templates (or hide it).
Is there any possibility
VPS Sever:
CENTOS 7 64BITS
/Daan

Re: Hide Proxy support
I'm not sure how hide proxy support make any different from changing other configuration? nginx will need to be restart every time you update any configuration.
Vesta actually took extra precaution on this by using (reload) instead of (restart) which prevent any disconnection. It also email admin if restart fail as you can see in this file: https://github.com/serghey-rodin/vesta/ ... estart-web
This allow you to get notice and so you can intervene to help fix the issue.

Re: Hide Proxy support
First off all, I report it because it is a bug (https://bugs.vestacp.com/issues/480).
nginx should not crash if someone changes the configuration in the vestapanel.
So I clean it up the 'dirty way'.
I thought that I changed /templates/user/list_web.html

<td>
<?php if (!empty($_SESSION['PROXY_SYSTEM'])) { echo ""; ?>.
- <? if($proxy_support == 'no'){ ?>

<div class="l-unit__stat-cols clearfix disabled last"><?=__('Proxy Support')?></div>

Sorry, didn't realize it actually crashed. Thanks.
