Cloudflare SSL Error - SSL intermediate chain is not valid

Hello All,
This is a fresh new server installation,
after creation of ssl certificate and finding the
origin_ca_rsa_root.pem
file located on cloudflares website I try for adding ssl to domain then
get the following response.
Error: SSL intermediate chain is not valid
I have tried many ways and generated a new certificate.
But I also have delt with more than one vestacp server they have no issues and was a seamless installation for cloudflare's
ssl certificate.
