How to add more extentions to the "proxy extentions"

HI, excuse me, how could i add more extentions in any master config to not have to add it manually every time i add a server?

m3u8 and ts. But it could be great to not have to add manually every time a server is created. Thanks.

I don't know if it is possible, but I would love to see official Varnish support (via the installer or a 3rd party plugin)
