Error 550 SC-001 with Outlook.com

Hello,
When I send an email with my VPS to an address in Microsoft (example: @live.fr) I received an error: 550 SC-001
How to solve the problem?

I guess your IP is blacklisted in Outlook.

When ipp have blocked the code is not 550 SC-004 ?

Check on mxtoolbox if you are on blacklist, if not, ask hotmail to deslist your IP

When I read the page, I think it's blocked.
E-mail that is rejected by Outlook.com because of the policy. Your IP address has been blocked because we have received complaints about e-mail that comes from that IP address. We encourage you to take part in JMRP, our program for reporting junk mail. This free service is intended to help senders to remove unwanted recipients from their mailing list. If you are not e-mail or network administrator, contact your e-mail or Internet.

I think they unblock you on some hours if you dont send spam :)

The IP was blacklisted microsoft servers ;)
