I am stuck at this problem for so long and lost

Using Centos 6.8 , i setup SPF/DKIM/rdns , all are working . But not able to use smtp server in an external application (interspire). When i try to send an email from interspire, Unable to use starttls error comes up. If i disable tls_advertise_host than email goes but in spam.
Domain is techside.co.in, using it as an email server.

Any solutions? I tried creating openssl certificate but it did not help. Any help will be appreciated.

SMTP SSL Port should be 465.

Thanks, but i already tried that , although i am not able to send email from that as well. it keeps loading without any error.

I commented tls_advertise_hosts = * and i am able to send email from port 25/587 and getting 10/10 on http://mail-tester.com however email still goes into pan specially in gmail.

I am desperate to resolve the issue. If i uncomment tls_advertise_hosts line in /etc/exim/exim.conf i get the same error "Unable to use STARTTLS".

NOw i have used letsencrypt as well but same issue.

I haven't been ab;e to resolve this and safe to say that now i won't be following up on this.
however now i am trying luck with only port 465 connection with interspire. It keeps loading when i test the smtp to send an email.

I am getting this error in exim logs:

there seems to be some issue with SSl for which i have used letsenrypt certificates.

checktls.com , everything looks great here as well..! not sure anymore whats wrong.

It is because Google blocks sign-in attempts from apps which do not use modern security standards (mentioned on their support page). You can however, turn on/off this safety feature by going to the link below:
