Change Mail user password.

Email Users not able to change their passwords after login.

Where do I allow the email users to let them change their password.

Rightnow when email user try to change password the error comes up saying

An error occurred!
Could not save new password

Cent OS 7 is problematic. Now use centos 6.8 it is working.
