Analyze my domain at mxtoolbox.com to find flaws and see if I'm blacklisted, but everything is okay apparently. This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

Re: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
MS are quite strict on their guidelines when sending to hotmail/outlook. If you're sure you have the correct DNS records such as SPF etc, then I would try contacting them to see if they have blocked your IP. My VPS IP was blacklisted from whomever had it previously for spamming and I filled out a contact form and they could see I am legit and allowed access.
