i can't send mail to gmail and any other outside mail

i can't send mail to gmail and any other outside mail.but incoming mails working properly how to fix this issue?

Are you able to ping google.com and the SMTPs listed in the log ?

Looks like you need to edit your nameservers in /etc/resolv.conf and give Google's IPs there

nano  /etc/resolv.conf
Paste in this:

# Google IPv4 nameservers
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4
Then check ping and check if you are able to send mails. If all works well, REBOOT your server and check the whole thing again.

i did according this but still not working mail receiving from gmail but can't send

Where is your server hosted ?
Can you open a ticket with your provider and ask why the connection is timing out ? May be they are blocking out all SMTP traffic. Many hosts do this by default and open the ports on specific request (or refuse).
