Port 465 not opened for SMTP

I enabled Vesta Admin and Exim SSL by following http://forum.vestacp.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=14557 and it's working.
Server Info:
Default Vestacp installed on Ubuntu 16 with Apache+Nginx+PHP7+EXIM etc.
SSL for port 465 - OK
rDNS for the mail server - OK
No IP blacklist

I tried to connect SMTP on Joomla Global Configuration using SSL and port 465 but it's not working and when I checked I got message from another extension that, Port 465 isn't opened.
I can only connect SMTP with Port 25 with No encryption method (SSL/TLS).
For better mail delivery I need to use SMTPS port 465 with SSL encryption, but I don't know what's wrong with my server.
Your help appreciated.
