Emails sent from.not existing mail address

Hallo, how is possible that mails are sent from my vps from not existing mail address, I can see a message source and in it there is a sender as [email protected] but the sender is never and nowhere created, how can I stop such sending practice

The system generated mails are named as root@yourVPShostname and Mails generated through PHP and web scripts from within your webserver are named from "VestaUSer@Domain.com"

so for example you have a Vesta User named usr in which you configured your domain abc.com, the mails generated through web scripts will default as [email protected]

Hope I was able to clear it for you.

I'm glad to help with whatever knowledge and time I have, though there are many more members with more skill and knowledge than me and help this community enormously.

from your PM, it looks like someone is Spoofing mail from your domain, this is quite common and can be fixed by using proper DKIM Signing and SPF filtering. I've asked for some more details in PM... please check and reply
