What OS do you use?
If Debian or Ubuntu open /etc/php5/apache2/php.ini and set
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
On the RHEL and Centos php.ini can be found in /etc/ directory

Not jump Into someone post I just installed vestacp and got everything setup when I goto to import the .sql file for the database I get this same message. I use centos 6 and already did the php.ini file and the says max size is allowed is 64MiB, DB I want to upload is only 34. Any help would be great.
