Taking the user password to connect to the web ftp

I need to get the users password to make them connect automatically with net2ftp, but I do not know how to get the password, who knows how?

I think is not posible, if you not know password, because ftp password isnt saved in plain text

Login as Admin->User->Login as->Web->edit->add additional FTP

You can delete the first ftp account or leave it. Scroll down you'll see add one more ftp account. You can manually set the password so you know it.
