WHMCS module not working

Hello there, I'm a newcomer to Vesta and my services are working really good with it.
I'm running it with Debian and nginx, everything seems to be working fine except with the whmcs plugin.
For some reason the plugin is not communicating with my server.
When i check the whmcs logs on account creating, it shows the API link but the response is empty.
https://@@@@.com:8083/api/user=admin&password=@@@@@&hash=&cmd=v-add-user&arg1=silvatech&arg2=4fGwuAlwgV&arg3=@@@@%40@@@@.net&arg4=Single&arg5=@@&arg6=@@
I added "@" so crucial information is not public.
The response from my server is "Page not found" if I slap the link directly and my firewall already has the ACCEPT with port 8083 for my whmcs server so I don't know what's wrong.
I really need someone that can help me, I have 2 customers into it, the panel works great, but having no connection to WHMCS is really a pain since i have to do it all manually.
