Also I am wondering are there any Custom fields the vestacp module recognizes ?An order has received its first payment but the automatic provisioning has failed and requires you to manually check & resolve.
Client ID: 22
Service ID: 75
Product/Service: Basic
Domain:
Error: Error: argument user is not valid (empty)

Go to the clients profile under the products and services tabs tell me if the username field is blank? If so fill it in.TheUnriashol wrote:Hi there,

Yeah after I do that it works just fine but I dont want to do that with every order. Thats why I even installed the module.
Re: WHMCS | VestaCP Module | user is not valid (empty)
You should not have to do this every time. What is the product type set to? Also do you have Require Domain checked?

The product type is set to Hosting Account:joem wrote:You should not have to do this every time. What is the product type set to? Also do you have Require Domain checked?
But your second question solved my problem. I was not allowing my customers to enter a domain name when they would buy something from me. This means the module was not able to get the username from anywhere.
Thank you for your help !
