[Solved] WHMCS does not connect to my VestaCP server

I have installed VestaCP and everything working perfectly, but when trying to create a user account with the WHMCS, this one does not create it, it lasts too long and does not give any error. I have reviewed the vesta.php file, but I see everything correct, including the access token that has value "1".
Another detail is that the WHMCS to activate the logging debugging gives me the following error "https://XXX:8083/api/user=XXX&password= ... X&arg6=XXX" , but checking this link manuel, it turns out that there is no file to process it, something that is totally false since in the folder "API" there is the file "index.php" in charge of processing the link. Then I do not understand what the problem might be. The WHMCS never gave me an error like this, I always worked correctly.
If someone speaks in Spanish, much better since it is the language that I speak at the moment and native
