I have same problem on Centos 7.x, is there any solution or workaround?

My workaround was to reinstall the server with 6.9 :)

It's weird.
In the last week I've installed VestaCP in different machines running CentOS 7 with no problem.
Are you trying the installation in a fresh CentOS 7?

I have had no issues installing and reinstalling on both 6.9/7.3 (digitalocean droplet)

I use default config to install vestacp on my centos 7, and I have had no issues too.
