I'd like to use SFTP.

I am using a key for SSH with a user I created that has root privileges and I have root login disabled.

I can use SFTP with my SSH user account but I don't have permission to enter admin directory.

I activated the licence for the SFTP add-on but that is as far as the documentation goes.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Your users have access via sftp.

In filezilla choose sftp instead of ftp. I recommend change ssh port on /etc/ssh/sshd_config is used for ssh shell and for sftp. Dont forget change it on firewall.
