Where it is best update VestaCP?

Where it is best update VestaCP? In updates panel VestaCP or via command?
I use Ubuntu.

I believe it is the same thing. Personally, I prefer terminal in order to review the process.

Updated with the command:

/usr/local/vesta/bin/v-update-sys-vesta-all

Everything works. Ubuntu 14.04.
