Adding a subdomain
Hello,
I added a domain and it works fine, then I added a subdomain as a new web domain and I added two A records to the domain "subdomain.domain.com A IP" and "www.subdomain.domain.com A IP" and it works fine.
Now the problem is that I added another domain with another subdomain and for this one the subdomain just doesn't work. I added the exactly same A records, so I'm confused why it doesn't work. The subdomain is just not found in the browser, error not resolved in google chrome.
I'm working on an ovh vps and I use secondary dns that they offer if it matters in any way.
I'd really appreciate any help.

Check your DNS records with host command or service like http://ping.eu/nslookup/

Re: Adding a subdomain
and... you would usually use www. to be a cname of @ (your domain) and not a separate A record, otherwise search engines may treat them as separate websites and you can be penalized for duplicate content
