Mobile Browsers Do Not Show the Top Item
Hello, For some reason when using Chrome, Firefox, or Brave, the VestaCP panel does not show the very first item in the list, whether it's users, web, DNS, mail, etc. It's just blank. I have tested and confirmed this problem on three difference phones, using Chrome/Firefox/Brave, and this problem ha...

Vesta SMTP Configuration - ERROR
Hello, I'm getting bounce-back e-mails from Vesta on my server. Error: "551 This mail server requires authentication" I have exim installed and would like it to use my mail server. How do I configure Vesta to do that? I tried dpkg-reconfigure and set the smart host, but where do I set the username &...

VestaCP on Debian 10 (Buster) & PHP 7.4
Hello,
Are there plans to release VestaCP for Debian 10?
Also, will there be native support for PHP 7.4+ ?
I'm aware that I can modify the install scripts, but I'm interesting in the next VestaCP release.
Thank you!

fail2ban/iptables retains ban
Hello, So I accidentally triggered fail2ban and found my IP address in the list. I removed my IP address, and yet, I was still actually banned and could not connect. Upon checking v-list-firewall-ban, my IP is not there, however, when checking iptables -L I still see my IP address on the banned chai...

Re: Softaculous problem
Hey guys, I'm having this same problem "ERROR LOADING DATA" on a fresh box, fresh install. I used the install script with all defaults. Using Debian 9.9 Stretch. apt update apt install vesta-softaculous --reinstall And it completed successfully but I still get "ERROR LOADING DATA". The box was empty...

Re: [FIX] phpmyadmin some feature/controluser
THANK YOU SO MUCH for this script. A life saver. I just ran it on Debian 9 and encountered a few issues as shown below. Also, can you add an option to force SSL? Or maybe a separate script? Thanks! Re: Possibly infected passwd file?
Okay, FYI, anybody else noticed RSYSLOG being installed or is this part of VestaCP?
I went ahead and disabled it using these instructions. Not sure if this is a third party service that uses this or if the trojan was sending syslog data to a remote server....

Possibly infected passwd file?
Can someone please post an ORIGINAL /etc/passwd file that VestaCP installer sets up? After this recent infection, I'm seeing some new users that look suspicious. Thanks!
Here's what my file looks like. Anything look suspicious??? I've obfuscated known users.

pam_unix flood
Hey guys, I searched the forum but only found some answers in Russian...which I'm not so great at. So I thought I'd ask in English.... In my /var/log/auth.log file, where SSH entries are logged, I'm getting a flood of pam_unix entries such as follows: Mar 16 22:03:05 SERVERNAME sudo: pam_unix(sudo:s...
