How to update Vesta?
Hi, I received an email from Vesta informing me that I should update to 0.9.8 for security reasons. How do I update Vesta? I can't find any documentation on this subject. Is an apt-get upgradeenough? How do I see the version currently running? I also find this topic listing Vesta's commands, and tri...

Re: Update Let's Encrypt's aliases
Thank you, it worked perfectly.
To the developers: it would be nice if it happened automatically when editing the aliases.

Update Let's Encrypt's aliases
Some alias domains have been deleted in the domain configuration, but they still appear in the SSL Lets Encrypt configuration. This situation results in an error during the certificates update.
How can these old aliases be removed from Let's Encrypt?
Thank you

Re: Mail failure - malformed recipient address
I no longer receive this error message; it stopped - maybe - after I upsized the VPS. Until that moment Vesta was running on a very small configuration, with only 512 MB of RAM.

SMTP server login fails - passwd-file
I am no longer able to send emails with my server, there is an issue with Dovecot's login. /var/log/dovecot.log: auth: Error: passwd-file(copier,123.456.123.456): stat(/etc/exim4/domains//passwd) failed: No such file or directory As you can see a directory name is missing in the path. In the Dovecot...

Mail failure - malformed recipient address
I regularly receive the following error email: A message that you sent contained one or more recipient addresses that were incorrectly constructed: < >: missing or malformed local part This address has been ignored. There were no other addresses in your message, and so no attempt at delivery was pos...

Spamassassin: emails disappear
Hello, My email configuration was working fine. Then I installed SpamAssassin (but not ClamAV) and added it to VestaCP. With SpamAssassin enabled all incoming emails seem to disappear after going through the detector. In /var/log/mail.log, they are marked as clean, but they never arrive in the inbox...

Re: Script for generating letsencrypt SSL and configuring all daemons (Apache, nginx, dovecot, Exim, Vesta) to use it
Are you sure about this? Are we talking about server hostname or about another domain on server? I talk about the host. Is there a reason you don't add the www on line 106 but do so for the non-host domains ? Here is a way for the smpt and/or imap domains to be referenced by the Let's Encrypt certi...
