Re: Bypass RBL for authenticated user
As the error message says your server's IP is expelled in Spamhaus for problems with spam, you must use a service such as Sendgrid to relay SMTP and fix this issue. The *client* IP is is SpamHaus. My Server IP is fine. Also, the solution suggested is incorrect. If your IP is in SpamHaus, you should...

Re: howto change imap and smtp domains to use imap. and smtp. subdomains?
On the surface, this seems like a nice and easy thing to do. For IMAP, it's simple. For SMTP it will only work reliably if you have a public IP address per domain without causing deliverability issues. IMAP If you want clients to retrieve messages from imap.domain.com, that's easily done (though req...

Re: Bypass RBL for authenticated user
Never mind - this is already the case it seems. I have managed to test a device on the same dynamic IP range as the problematic user, and it looks like they have a client side configuration issue (not sending AUTH for SMTP).

Re: DKIM: bad rsa signature
Have you double checked that the DKIM key listed in the Vesta admin panel and the key listed on cloudflare are the same? Vesta will sign outgoing mail using the key listed in the local named server.

Re: How can i unistall roundcube and dovecot?
Remove the "roundcube.conf" file from the Apache conf.d directory (/etc/apache2/conf.d/), then restart apache. This removes the Roundcube configuration for all domains and cause Apache to return a 404. I'm guessing if you want to remove Dovecot, you have no need to host user mailboxes? Leaving Dovec...

Bypass RBL for authenticated user
Hi, I cannot find an actual solution for this anywhere. I have some uesrs who use ISP's who list their customer DHCP IP's in spamhaus, etc. All users are required to authenticate to send messages through the server, however users on these IP ranges have their submissions rejected based on RBL lookup...

NGINX update issue (Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic)
Updating Ubuntu 18.04 bionic when you have "NGINX" installed will produce the following error: nginx N: Skipping acquire of configured file 'nginx/binary-i386/Packages' as repository 'http://nginx.org/packages/mainline/ubuntu bionic InRelease' doesn't support architecture 'i386' This can be resolved...

Re: Error: invalid backup format
>v-restore-user user user.2016-12-07.tar Error: permission denied[/code] Does anyone know what can be done to resolve this? Ubuntu uses dash as its default shell, whereas the c-* suite of binaries use bash. Try prefixing the v-restore-user command with bash from within the /backup/ directory, e.g. ...
