Re: HACKED AGAIN HELP
1. Double check your file access rights 2. You could try this A/V scanner cmd: clamscan -r -i /home 3. tighten your security with https://cisofy.com/lynis/ Tutorial: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-perform-security-audits-with-lynis-on-ubuntu-16-04 4. Re: Ubuntu 18.04 Support ETA
Right ... can I take back what I wrote on page 4 ? As the more sites I added to my Ubuntu 18.04 test server the more strange issues I got (failban service going down) and an ever increase of warnings and errors in the logfiles. And as I'm about to setup a HA-IP server farm, stability is superkey, he...

Re: Ubuntu 18.04 Support ETA
Yep it's working but there are several bugs. Read all the replies and you will know the issues. Oh whoops, didn't notice there with 4 pages prior to it. Had a few issues, but also had similar ones Ubuntu 12.04 / 14.04 / 16.04 too. Including how I always had warnings & errors during installation. No...

Re: Ubuntu 18.04 Support ETA
Have you checked: http://vestacp.com/install/ ... cause it's included. And have just set it up myself yesterday Ubuntu 18.04; works flawlessly. Which is interesting to say the least as the version number of VestaCP hasn't increased (since June 2018). Next time? First try, then ask? ;-)

How about giving it a try and if you get stuck somewhere to post an error log? ;)

Re: Help to setup cronjob with enviroment variables
Didn't know it was even possible to setup cronjobs from Vesta CP. However have you tried to execute:
from ssh cli to see if it works then? And if not, to execute them as 'root' cronjobs instead of 'admin' user ?
Code: Select all
crontab -e

Forum suggestion: Ubuntu 18x missing from OS in edit profile
As the http://vestacp.com/install/ supports Ubuntu 18x now, it could be helpful to have that as OS option in our forum profiles ;-)
