How do you activate again?

I have an issue with my Word Press site I need to fix. I get a white screen with a message of critical error. I went into my VestaCP install hoping to use File Manager to fix the problem. When I got there to my surprise no File Manager listed. Have had it for the past 5 years! As a lifetime license....

I was looking through the documentation. One thing I didn't see a way to be able to put Vesta on a CD to be able to install from there.
Also is there a way for me to install VestaCP on a desktop install of 16.04?

I rebooted my server to a CD of HDclone so I could clone for disaster preparedness. When I rebooted. I can get to VestaCP and login fine. The site doesn't show up online I get a cannot connect to server. Is there anything I can do within VestaCP to get the site to boot?

I need to install phpmyadmin so will run under VestaCP. Any help appreciated. Need to solve a Wordpress login lockout and need phpmyadmin to do so.
