Me too, but I'm trying to install it on Ubuntu 14.04 ... when can we begin new installs? I had one server that was hacked (my other vesta servers, luckily, are ok/good) ... but I had two websites on the other: so I would like to reinstall vesta as soon as possible!

FIXED MY OWN PROBLEM: This is caused by the STRICT_TRANS_TABLES SQL mode. Open phpmyadmin and goto More Tab and select Variables submenu. Scroll down to find sql mode.
