Ok so after investigating I found that my set up was all correct but on my VPS provider side they had port blocks on their end which I cannot see. They opened the SMTP ports and mail started to flow.

Hi, I do have Let Encrypt but it seems to be fine, this is my TLS out put message I get:

Trying TLS on mail.domain.com.au[m.y.I.P] (10):
seconds test stage and result
[030.034] Cannot connect to server (reason: Connection timed out)

I'm using my domain providers DNS service to point my mx record ...
