Replace bin files in /usr/local/vesta/bin with the new files. I would backup of the bin directory before touching it, just in case things don't go as expected.

You can change the soft and hard limits in etc/nginx/nginx.conf

increase the values of
worker_rlimit_nofile xxxxxx;
worker_connections xxxxxx;
