Atech on VestaCP
Has anyone here tried implementing Atech Postal with VestaCP? I really like VestaCP and would rather have this on top of this MTA.

Best free automatic app installer for Vesta?
Hi. Does anyone have a suggestion on a good free auto app installer / scripts for Vesta? I have seen Softaculous and it's great except that a lot of the apps require a paid license to do. Access website via different port
Hi,
I need my site to be accessed using a different port. I.e. http://my.website.com:55. How do I do this in vesta?
I have tried alias, it didn't work. I even tried to consider redirection via .htaccess but I can't make it to work somehow.
Any ideas? Thanks!
Regards,
Joseph

Web Aliases with Port number
I understand that Aliases is a way for us to use another domain in the same way the root domain is used.
Is there a way to use the Alias feature to also include a domain? Example domain.com:55.
Thanks!

Re: Cron Job User
Thanks for the reply. I almost missed it.
I setup the cronjob using the Vesta interface. The user is root. So I'm guessing the cron job is using root?
Your right that admin users are not a good practice.

Hello,
Would someone what user is used by the cron when it executes a job? How do we validate what it is?

Joseph
