when i activate the ssl support - lets encrypt support i clic on save and nothing happens

How can i have php 7.0 or latest version

is there a tool that i can use to scan for folders and files and get notify when a file has being modified or uploaded?
other then looking at the logs manually

my 3 websites go down only the ones with Database the ones that don't have Database works.

after getting 500 internal error i found that cl-root is full , i have deleted the log files and was able to bring back vesta cp.
but i am not sure how to fix this can anyone help me.
